Fair Processing Notice
This notice explains what information I/we collect, when I/we collect it and how I/we use this. During the course of our activities, we will process personal data (which may be held on paper, electronically, or otherwise) about you and I/we recognise the need to treat it in an appropriate and lawful manner. How I collect information from you and what information I collect
I/we collect information about you:
From your application for accommodation.
● Including but not limited to creating booking agreements, or notice.
I/we may collect the following information about you:
Name, e-mail address, telephone number, address.
Property address; term, cost, deposit, utility and service responsibilities;
Bank account details, including account number and sort code.
Why I/we need this information about you and how it will be used
I/we may need your information and will use your information:
● to undertake and perform our obligations and duties to you in accordance with the terms of our contract with you;
● to enable us to supply you with the services and information which you have requested;
● to help you to manage your booking;
● to analyse the information, we collect so that we can administer, support and improve and develop our business and the services we offer;
● to contact you in order to send you details of any changes to the booking which may affect you; and
● for all other purposes consistent with the proper performance of our operations and business.
Sharing of Your Information
I/we may disclose your information to other third parties who act for us for the purposes set out in this notice or for purposes approved by you, including the following:
● If I/we enter into a joint venture with or merged with a business entity, your information may be disclosed to our new business partners or owners;
● In the creation, renewal or termination of the booking, your information will be a, factor, facilities manager or any other relevant person or organisation in connection with this.
Unless required to do so by law, I will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the
information you provide to me/us without your consent. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Your information will only be stored within Fuerteventura, Germany and the UK
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
Security
When you give me/us information I/we take steps to make sure that your personal information is kept secure and safe.

How long we will keep your information
I/we review my/our data retention periods regularly and will only hold your personal data for as

Comments

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
